The location of this homestay is outside of the busy Hoi An city center, allowing for a more peaceful and tranquil stay. Guests have the opportunity to fish in the river just steps away from the garden. The homestay also offers free bicycle rental, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as Hoi An old town or the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies offering a nice view. The bathroom is clean and comes with free toiletries.

Although the homestay provides free bicycles for guests, the WiFi in the rooms is not the best and there may be some difficulties with connectivity.

This homestay exceeded all expectations! It was the most LUXURIOUS accommodation we found on a budget. The family built a beautiful, new 2-storey home with only 4 guest rooms to ensure personalized attention. The rooms were stunning with large windows overlooking picturesque views of a fish pond, rice paddies, and lush trees. The location was peaceful, just a short bike ride from town, with brand new bicycles provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering daily room cleaning and fresh towels. They also organized tours and transportation services, all at reasonable prices. The owner's integrity was outstanding, as she even refunded us for a motorbike repair that ended up costing less than expected. Don't miss this hidden gem for a relaxing stay in Hoi An.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel overlooking rice paddies, just a 15-minute bike ride from downtown. The pool was great and the staff, Huong and Ngoc, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They helped book tours, provided free bikes, and recommended beautiful paths to explore nearby. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was the best I've had in Vietnam, and the hot showers were a treat. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to both the town and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as there was some visible mold on the ceiling. The availability of bicycles and scooters for rent made getting around easy, but the rates for scooter rental were a bit expensive.

We stayed at this fantastic homestay for 16 nights. The staff were attentive and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioning was good. The pool was a nice feature for cooling off. The location was quiet and semi-rural, but only a short bike ride away from the old quarter and the beach. The free bikes provided were a great perk. We also discovered a fantastic restaurant nearby called "May Bay." this was a wonderful place to stay with great facilities and a convenient location. We will definitely return!

De ligging van dit hotel is uitstekend, midden op het plein en dichtbij de winkels. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken, wat erg handig is. Gelukkig was de ontvangst bij de receptie erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het personeel was altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven over de omgeving. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk erg lekker en uitgebreid. Er was voor ieder wat wils, van vers fruit tot warme croissants. Gelukkig de kamers waren mooi en comfortabel, met goede bedden en een schone badkamer. Kortom, ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel.

Er was eigenlijk maar één minpuntje aan mijn verblijf in dit hotel: de badkamer was een beetje klein. Maar desondanks was er wel warm water en alles was zeer schoon.
